- Before Work Commences: If you decide to cancel our services before work has commenced, we kindly ask that you notify us in writing at your earliest convenience. Depending on the timing and nature of the service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any deposits or fees paid in advance.
- After Work Commences: Cancellation after work has begun can be more complex, as resources and time have already been allocated. We will assess the work completed up to the point of cancellation and provide a fair and transparent breakdown of costs incurred, which will be deducted from any refunds.
2. Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the service provided, work completed, and costs incurred. We strive to ensure fairness and satisfaction in our refund assessments.
